PruneFest 2019 - Saturday, March 16

Officially the “Grapevine Care and Pruning Festival”, Dale Hollow is hosting the Ozark Prairie Master Gardeners who are inviting the public (free of charge) to learn about pruning and grapevine care. Of course, we are calling this “PruneFest 2019” as it is basically the Woodstock of grapevine management.

Description: Ozark Prairie Master Gardeners and Dale Hollow Winery will host a hands-on workshop providing information on how to care for grape vines. The Festival will be held at Dale Hollow Winery, 314 East First Street, Stover, MO. Participants will attend a short presentation by the Dale family, owners of Dale Hollow Winery and then head into the vineyard with trained Master Gardeners to learn how to prune grape vines. There will be four sessions; 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 and 10:30 am. Following the program lunch/refreshments will be provided.
